Proper edging & planting — concrete, steel, masonry or treated-timber edging (no logs or plastic), and climate-suited, non-invasive plants.
Fencing to the guidelines — 1.8m good-neighbour timber paling set behind the building line and painted to suit (“Monument” on corner lots). Colorbond and corrugated iron aren't permitted — we build it right.
Driveway, letterbox & verge — finished to standard with coloured, exposed-aggregate or paver surfaces (no plain grey concrete or gravel).
The deadline that catches people out: your landscaping and fencing must be done within three months of your home's completion. We plan the whole job to hit it comfortably — and because guidelines can change and some rules are specific to your lot, we confirm the current requirements for your block before we start.
